Shipping Policy

By purchasing from NikePig Store (nikepig.store), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms “NikePig Store,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NikePig Store. Using our site and placing an order indicates acceptance of these purchase, delivery, and returns policies.

Online Purchase Terms

You may purchase products on nikepig.store for personal use only, not for resale. Orders are accepted once full payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse orders without explanation. All credit/debit card payments are subject to issuer validation and authorization. If payment is declined or flagged as high-risk, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

Price & Payment

Product prices are as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Delivery

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, including incorrect address details provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout. For international orders, check your country’s customs regulations, as you are responsible for import restrictions, taxes, tariffs, fees, and compliance with local laws. If customs refuses delivery due to unauthorized contents (e.g., CNFT-related items), NikePig Store is not responsible for losses or costs. Abandoned or discarded shipments are non-refunded.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return items. To initiate a return, contact support@nikepig.store with your order number and items to return. For gifts, provide the order number or purchaser’s email. Returns due to defects or our error are fully refunded (excluding original shipping costs). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Conditions of Return

Items must be in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition, returned within 30 days. You can pay return shipping at your local post office or request a pre-paid label (cost deducted from your refund).

Damaged Goods

Report damaged items to support@nikepig.store within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refunded. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, then contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary. If issues persist, email support@nikepig.store.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and non-refunded.

Exchanges

For damaged items, notify us within 7 days for a replacement. Gifted items can be returned for store credit; contact support@nikepig.store with the gifter’s name and email. The gifter won’t be notified of changes.

Customization (CNFT Items)

For products requiring CNFT image uploads or CNFT I.D entry (e.g., “Write down here the CNFT I.D”), ensure files and details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors in uploaded images or CNFT I.Ds, and customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Miscellaneous

Policies apply at the time of your order unless changes are required by law or we notify you before invoicing. By ordering, you agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy and other applicable policies at nikepig.store.
