What are your business hours and general inquiry guidelines?
Our support team is available monday to friday, 9 am – 5 pm est. we handle inquiries related to products, orders, and the nikepig store only. we do not provide free gifts, personal discounts, or support unrelated to the store. thank you for understanding.
How can i track my order?

Can i exchange items after ordering?
Yes, exchanges are available through our return portal, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. return shipping costs apply unless you purchased optional return coverage at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days (or 30 days if return coverage was purchased). items must be unworn and in original packaging. shipping fees are refunded only if the item is damaged or incorrect. use our return portal to start the process.
Why haven’t i received a confirmation email?
